Assuming they sound pretty and are pronounceable in English, is it bad to give kids cultural names? I want to give my children names that are unusual in America but from my culture, but I also saw a study recently that said people rate resumes with unusual names poorly compared to those with more traditional names. I personally have always done fine in life with an unusual name, but I don't want to generalize from that... do you think I'll be hurting my kid if I give them a cultural name?
Pretty set on Rudi/Rudie for our daughter, just need to decide on the spelling!
Thanks for all your wonderful suggestions . Here's my favourites !💕
Here are our final 3 name ideas for Clara and Cece's (Cecilia's sibling)! Thank you so much for all your help so far. On a previous poll, some people said that Birdie could be a nickname for Bridgette so that is also an idea. Also, we are not worried about continuing the C 'theme' as it was accidental anyway. Again, thank you so much!
Are these too popular or overused?
Hi, I posted one before that I have been wanting a V name for my daughter so you will see me put out some options out there. These are favorite right now.
For a baby boy, thanks!
