Ok so can someone please explain why it is so utterly difficult to name your child? I have about 20 names for if its a boy or girl and I can’t even narrow it down to 3 each! My family isn’t being a big help and I really want something different & unique. Any suggestions? and I’ll post the names I like in a comment... Thanks, Jackie!

We have decided on Ronnie as a first name and depending on the surname we use his middle name will be either Allan or Steven (my bf). Allan is my uncles name, Alan is my bfs dads name and Allen is my bfs mums maiden name. He can’t stand applegate and won’t let our kids be called applegate but i don’t want them to have my name. So they’ll either be smith(my mum’s maiden name) or Allen (his mums maiden name) Which sounds better? Any combination is fine. But it must be Ronnie Allan/Steven Applegate/Quickenden/Smith/Allen. No comments about changing the last names please this is our decision and we’re both old enough that we don’t need our fathers permission to change it. I’m 20 he’s 24

I’ve recently come across the name Emmeline/Emmaline and have fallen in love with it! Is Emmeline Abigail a good name? Abigail is in honour of my Aunty Gay. Thanks in advance!

Hi. I need help naming my twin babies. Its going to be a boy and girl. I would like their names to either rhyme or start with the same letter and you know have a pattern. For a girl i like the names Sydney, Allegra or Madalyn. The only problem with Madalyn is that i have two other babies and their names are Kailyn and Lincoln, wouldn’t that be too close together for all four cause the twins again have to be similar. Thanks i know its complicated. Thanks Joanna
