My husband has always loved the name Sailor, but my sister has a Saylor, so we’ve decided to avoid naming her the exact same name with a different spelling. Do you have any other names similar to Sailor (kind of like how Scout or Walker is similar.) It’s a little girl, but we obviously lean towards more unisex names. Thanks!

I have a 3 year old named Beckham. This time its a girl, we want a trendy name you don’t hear that often to match her brothers. Her middle name will be Mae. Thanks

Hi, my husband and I are expecting our first baby girl and are going to name her Maeve, but we’re completely stumped when it comes to middle names. We’ve gone through lists and lists, but haven’t found "the one" yet. We want to steer clear of "standard middle names" i.e. Marie, Grace, Rose, etc. Any ideas that you might have would be very helpful for us in finding the perfect middle name for Miss Maeve. The surname also begins with M and is 2 syllables. Thank you! -Cate

We like very classic names and want your thoughts on which goes best with our last name, Larrimore. We are having a hard time choosing. We also like Sylvia Mary Larrimore. Thanks for your help.

I am having a girl and I’m naming her Clarke after one of my favorite characters on one of my favorite TV series. Now that I’ve decided on the first name I need some suggestions on a middle name. Any ideas? I’d like to steer clear from other unisex names for the middle name. I’d like something very girly. Thanks Taylor.

Hi All! I’ve noticed a lot of "elimination polls" and figured I would give it a shot! My husband and I are expecting our first baby! We’re keeping it a delivery surprise, and already have our girl name picked out but are having such a tough time with boy names. We have a list that will be posted in Comment #1. Please eliminate one name from the list at a time. I’m interested to see how this turns out, and maybe it’ll help us finalize a boy name! Thanks! -Cassie

What are the names that you hear but cannot understand why people would ever select them. Not the names you just don’t love but the ones you would NEVER even consider if your partner suggested them? I am just curious, don’t mean to offend as everyone’s opinion is different.

I’m getting induced tomorrow at 6 in the morning and now I’m rethinking the name I had picked out. I decided on the name Ashton Zeke when I was around five months pregnant but now I’m not in love with it anymore and I don’t want to regret his name. Ashton seems kind of typical and boring to me now and Zeke seems a [removed]ildish. My name list from the beginning of my pregnancy are standing out either. Do you guys have any new ideas? I’m thinking something less common, but still modern and sophisticated. I’m freaking out over here!

So I was reading a few of the comments that a poster below me received about the name Kailey Nevaeh, and everyone seemed to hate the name Nevaeh. So I searched it up, and almost all previous polls asking about the name Nevaeh got almost all negative feedback about how it was a terrible name. Though Nevaeh would not be my own name choice, I don’t think it’s that bad. So why is Nevaeh such a widely hated baby name? I have never come across another name on this website, ever, that people hate on as much as Nevaeh. Does anyone know the reason?
